BSc VN Module Feedback Form

Your feedback is important to us and forms part of our ongoing quality assurance processes. Please complete this module feedback form when indicated to by your tutor. We request feedback half way through each module (mid-module) and at the end of each module. Please select the campus at which you study followed by the correct module code. All responses are anonymous however if you wish to leave your name please do so by typing it in the "Any other comments" box at the end of the survey.
